WohlfühlCloud is a fully managed, all-in-one IT solution for mid-sized businesses with 5 to 500 employees. As a product of ITS AG (a company of DSV Holding AG), we run your entire IT infrastructure for you – from servers and desktops through to telephony and email. You don't need your own IT department or data center. All services are billed monthly based on actual usage.
All data is stored exclusively in our ISO-certified data center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. No transfer to third countries takes place. Our infrastructure meets all GDPR and GoBD requirements.
After the contract is signed, our team typically sets up your environment within 3–5 business days. For larger migrations we plan a structured schedule together to minimize downtime.

Virtual desktops are compatible with: Windows PCs and laptops (Windows 10+), macOS (via browser or Remote Desktop app), Linux systems, iPads and Android tablets, plus thin clients (rentable from us). A stable internet connection is required (recommended: at least 10 Mbit/s per user).
All data sits centrally in our Frankfurt data center, not on the end device. If the connection drops, open files are saved in your cloud session – they're fully available again at your next login.
Basic (1 vCore, 2 GB RAM, 25 GB): for light office work, email, browsing and simple Office apps. Pro (2 vCores, 4 GB RAM, 50 GB): recommended for most office workstations – Office, ERP access, video calls. Premium (2 vCores, 7 GB RAM, 70 GB): for compute-intensive applications, large file sets or multiple programs running simultaneously.
Yes. We migrate your existing email addresses and mailboxes in full to our Exchange hosting. Your employees' email addresses stay the same. Contacts and calendar entries are migrated too.
GoBD (the German rules for accounting documents) requires tax-relevant emails – invoices, contracts, delivery notes – to be archived in a tamper-proof, auditable way. Our archive automatically stores all incoming and outgoing emails, revision-safely and fully searchable across ~1,300 file formats including attachments.
Yes, existing numbers can generally be ported over. The process typically takes 4–6 weeks and is coordinated end-to-end by us. During the port your availability is maintained without interruption.
With a softphone app on PC, Mac or smartphone, every employee can use their office number from home or on the go. Incoming calls are forwarded to the app. Outgoing calls show the office number to the recipient. Working hours are configurable – outside office hours the forwarding can be disabled.
A regular VPN transmits encrypted data over the public internet – meaning the internet is in the data path. MPLS VPN uses a completely private network fully isolated from the internet. Your data never leaves this network. The result: higher security, more stable connections and around 30% more usable bandwidth compared to conventional VPN solutions.
Optionally we set up a failover: if the primary line (e.g. fiber) fails, the system automatically switches to a backup connection (e.g. LTE). This typically takes under 60 seconds and happens fully automatically without any action from your employees.
You pay monthly only for the services actually booked and used. When an employee leaves, their desktop package can be cancelled within one month. New employees can be added at any time. There are no hidden costs for maintenance, updates or support – everything is included in the monthly price.
Yes. You receive one clear invoice per month that lists all the services used – including the number of desktops, mailboxes, phone lines and other building blocks. This keeps your IT costs fully transparent at all times.
